Shipping policy

We endeavour to in stock ship pieces within 24 - 48 hours day of order.

Pieces on pre-order will ship during the estimated timeframe or otherwise, as soon as possible.

Made to order pieces are produced once an order is placed. Each piece sets out production timelines in the product description - please ensure you read this carefully. Made to order pieces will be dispatched once production is complete. 

You will receive an email notifying you of shipment with tracking details once shipped.  

For shipping before Mother's Day 2026 all orders must be placed by:

1. NSW - 5 May 2026
2. VIC, QLD - 4 May 2026
3. All other AUS States - 30 April 2026

Within Australia, express shipping is complimentary via Australia Post. Delivery generally takes 1 - 3 business days in metro areas. 

For shipping internationally, a flat rate of USD$100 applies. Estimated delivery timeframe 6-10 business days.  

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. 

For international orders, please note that you will be liable for any duties and taxes payable.
